Frequently Asked Questions
Sales/Discount Codes
- Discount codes are not the same as items on sale. Items that are on sale will be clearly marked and are not returnable.
- Due to the limited amount of inventory being offered on sale items, we are not able to retroactively reimburse orders.
- If you have forgotten to add the discount code to your order, please reach out to Customer Service via Email or through the contact form. We can assist you with applying the discount to your order retroactively. Please note, Black Friday offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
Orders
- If you have made an error in your order details, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
- Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel the order. We start processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible.
- Your order will be shipped Ground Service unless you select the Express Service. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Guy Frankie cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Shipping
We offer standard ground and express shipping. Please allow 1-2 business day for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Shipping Cost and delivery are calculated at time of checkout for carrier specific rates
Standard shipping: Orders will spend an average of 3-5 business days in transit.
Express Shipping: Orders will spend an average of 1-2 Business Days in transit.
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $250.00. Orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not home. We suggest that if you will not be home and are concerned about your order’s delivery, to use your work address as the shipping address to ensure you receive your package.
Returns
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your return label will not be refunded. Please allow 6-7 days for the processing of your refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. - Return shipping is not included
- Returns can only be accepted for an order placed at www.GuyFrankie.com. If you purchased from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product following their respective guidelines.
- Items purchased on www.GuyFrankie.com cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.
- All items must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags/packaging.
- Once returned, the condition of the product is left to the discretion of Guy Frankie.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@guyfrankie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. *Note* customers who purchase their products through Facebook or Instagram will have to supply their own return shipping labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, Guy Frankie® will waive the return fee and have a replacement shipped as soon as the faulty product is assigned a tracking number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Using a discount code does not constitute an item as being on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. We can not send out exchanges until we receive the original order. The original order must meet our return standards.
Gift Cards
Guy Frankie online gift cards are electronic and are issued by email. Simply type in the gift card code when you check-out on our online store to have the value of the gift card applied to your purchase.
They do not expire. If the gift card you purchase is non-functional, Guy Frankie will replace the gift card.
When you make a purchase with a gift card, the gift card balance will be reduced by the amount of the purchase. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method accepted by our stores.
When you purchase or receive a gift card, you agree that the gift card will be used in compliance with Guy Frankie's Terms of Use and all applicable laws, and you acknowledge that the Terms of Use will apply to your purchase and use of the gift card.
To check the balance of your gift card, please check your email with the Gift Card information and follow the instructions in the email to inquire the balance. If you could not locate the email, please contact Customer Service via Email or through the contact form.
If you return a product that you purchased with a gift card, Guy Frankie will refund the purchase price to a new gift card in accordance with our return policy. Gift cards are valid only for Guy Frankie product and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise required by local law.
Guy Frankie is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. However, Guy Frankie retains the right to suspend customer accounts or refuse gift card payments if we suspect that a gift card has been fraudulently obtained or is being using for a fraudulent purpose.
Once you complete your purchase, you will be emailed a gift code for the requested amount. At this time, we cannot send the code to a recipient other than the purchaser, so if necessary, please forward the email with the code to your intended gift recipient.
Media
If you are looking for a PR contact or image request, fill out our contact form and someone in the press department will get back to you as soon as we can. Include as many details as possible, including the name of the publication and your deadline in your inquiry.
If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador for Guy Frankie please fill out our contact form and someone in the press department will get back to you as soon as we can. Include as many details as possible, including the type of sponsorship and feel free to upload pictures or provide any relevant links.
Wholesale
In order for us to direct you to the sales representative in your territory, please provide us with the name and location of your store, pictures of your shop and other brands you carry on our contact form. If you are an online business, please specify the URL of your website.
If you would like to distribute our products please indicate the name, location and website for your distribution business on our contact form and someone will get back to you shortly.
Payment
Guy Frankie accepts any type of credit cards and debit cards. On the online store, we also accept Express Payment methods such as Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
